Maya turned 11!

 Maya picked a Japanese restaurant to eat out at - on her real birthday.

 This is her - her present - the Anne of Green Gables outfit for her doll.

 At her birthday party, we made a sleepover cake - to celebrate the 10 girls who came over for a sleepover bday party. Maya wanted each friend to "make their face" on this cake. This is what it looked like when it was finished. Below is a close-up of Maya's (cookie) face (see one on the left).

I didn't include pictures with friends because it's too complicated (getting permission and all).  They had a lot of fun though. Chocolate egg hunt; flashlight tag; pillow fight; etc.
