This is us. We are not great (as our friends and family know) at keeping in regular touch and sending frequent photos. We hope to document big events and/or random good pics we though were worth sharing.

The caplin have rolled in.

Caplin, a small fish, come flopping onto the shore to die around this time of year - always coinciding with full moon and fog. There are also whales to be seen very close to shore for an easy and full feed. It's quite a spectacular site to see a shore full of flopping glittering little fish. Maya held this one long enough for the picture. We ate them yesterday. All 20 of them. Bones and all.
